I choose the foods my body wants, even if it is sometimes dark chocolate! I never beat my self up anymore about the choices I make. I never berate myself when I step on teh scale and it is not reading the number I want (which is rare now). I love myself and the skin that I am in.
I see the light and realized the tunnel is the illusion but the light is always there.
I choose not to stress over the hiccups of life (like when I found out I have to change my Eat to Compete program name – it was/is a registered trademark name! oops. I just worked on choosing a new name like Table to Tape or Table to Race)
