What was my problem? What did I eat yesterday?? What exercise did I do?
These are always my first questions I ask myself.
Maybe I need to do some emotional healing work with The Path To Heal energy work so I stop soothing the emotional pain with food? Or maybe I need to balance and manage my blood sugar better with my Metabolic plan? Then I wouldn’t eat so much cause I was hungry! Maybe I need both?
Now I made the connection! Sugar is inflammatory to the brain – no wonder I was not myself and depressed the next day!
And the symptoms can come hours and hours afterwards. I also didn’t sleep well. Not surprised now.
It is more about helping you learn how your body works or doesn’t work well with the foods you consume.
You get to learn where the balance point is and how much your body can handle without getting sick or feel pain or depressed.
But I will be sure to limit my intake to 1/4 cup which is my usual per sitting. Ice cream is depressing if you have to avoid it or if you eat too much of it! It is all about finding balance.
