Doing triathlons just-to-finish them is different than training to finish with a time goal. They may be the same idea for some people. Some don't know where to start when they sign up and they need a plan just to help get them across the finish line in one piece. Others have been training for a few years and want to either get faster or they want to graduate to a longer distance event like a half IM or a full IM. Either goal you have, I can help you reach your goals with the proper training (and proper recovery!!). You can choose whatever kind of program you want - the Apex all inclusive plan with swim lessons, nutrition session and your training plan or the basic training plan and forget the rest of them. You can choose to see me regularly or just the email option. More information will come as the clinic dates are set! This will be a hands-on, coach involved type of clinic to help you learn how to be a better overall athlete. Basic skills will be reviewed and it will be a series clinic, not just a one-day cram-it-down-your-throat day clinic.
