Sports Nutrition Coaching:
(download your copy of the
Sports Nutrition brochure)

Good sports performance starts with good nutrition.  Good sports nutrition starts with a solid understanding of how your body functions and how foods affect it when in motion.  Sports Nutrition is more about what you do off the bike, off the field or when not exercising.  We help you use fat for energy, not store it.

Better performance

Whether you’re an endurance athlete or an exercise enthusiast, Joanna Chodorowska can help you perform your best using healthier nutrition principles. As a sports nutritionist, Joanna can show you how using real foods, better training and better meal compositions will take your performance to a new level.  Be a lean athlete, rather than just play like one.

Sports nutrition coaching can help you:

• Achieve your race weight
• Lose weight without losing energy and endurance
• Lose body fat – use your fat to fuel your body, not sugars and muscle
• Maximize your endurance
• Use fat for energy, not store it

As a competitive triathlete, Joanna helps clients incorporate different aspects of nutrition to meet your unique personal needs.

From one of my Kona IM clients: "[my] nutrition is good..following your plan and feeling great!!! finally lost the weight that i wanted"  ... he lost 2 kilos in 2 months = 15 lbs!! - Manuel F - Sept 2010

"Thank you for all your awesome advise!!!! ..[Race Day] Nutrition is tough because it can really derail you, but it is hard to practice. I really appreciate your description of symptoms because it is easy to know that there is something wrong, but hard to know the cause and how to fix it. I really appreciate your expertise here and can't wait to Saturday!" Marita M - Sept 2011

"I liked [the cooking session and]  ...as it was fun.  I [think everyone should] do cooking classes with you as I will bet many of them are "green " like me hence [the use of] prepared food or eating out.  Thank you for taking the time to do that with me.  -

" Unlike other programs that are designed to lose weight and eat healthy, I continued to make strides on my own ~ after the class ended.  Over and over again I see friends and family gain their weight back after stopping Weight Watchers or
LA Weight Loss.  Your nutrition course gave me the tools to continue on my own and it wasn’t a struggle to
      maintain outside the classroom
