8 Week Nutrition Boot Camp
Starting January 2013
Want to lose 8-20 pounds in 8 weeks? And keep it off??

The 8 Week Nutrition Boot Camp is designed to be a group class for 8
consecutive weeks. We cover one topic each week. Your homework is
to implement something from that topic for that respective week. We
build each week so that by the end of 8 weeks, you feel like a new person
and totally understand what healthier eating for you is!

Balancing Meals for Optimal Fat Loss
Reading Food Labels - are ingredients really important?
Not All Carbohydrates are the Same
The Pros and Cons of Sugar and Artificial Sweeteners
Why is water important? Can I drink something else?
Sleep and Stress - How They Impact Weight
The Importance of Fiber - How Much and What Kind Should I Include?
Good Fats vs. Bad Fats - How to Get Your Essential Fatty Acids
Restaurant Eating - How To Eat Out and Not Fall Off Your New Healthy
Plan
You will also receive
a 15 minute consult each week to review your food logs and any struggles
you have that we did not address in class. This is where we
customize the plan to YOUR needs.
You will also receive a binder with all the course materials to keep as
a reference with all the presentation materials, sample menus and
recipes corresponding to each week's topic. You will also receive
discounts no nutrition coaching services after the program as needed and
a discount on supplements (as needed).
Who should sign up for this class?
Anyone who has struggled with weight issues, diabetes, heart
disease and is looking for a group class to help keep them motivated.
This is NOT a diet plan, but a healthy lifestyle plan. It is
probably the easiest and least stressful way to get started on a
healthier YOU plan. We support you every step of the way! We will have weekly meetings and discussions where you learn
from other participants on how you can incorporate the new foods easier.
It makes it a lot more practical when others experiences can help!
We learn from others, not just the teacher :)

Wellness Works in Chalfont, PA.
